Dear Strategic Partner,

If you're an affiliate marketing other people's products, there is a trade secret you need to be aware of.

If you're working hard to create traffic for other people's products and only get paid only once, you're probably being screwd.

Why? Because most all succesfull businesses make their money on the back-end. The means that the first sale, the so-called front-end sale, is not where the real money is being made.

(One way of doing that, is by selling a relatively cheap product, like $19.95 or $27 on the front-end, and then several more expensive ones on the back-end: $97 products, $147 products, $2000 products.)

So in fact, you are building their customer lists for peanuts and only getting paid on the front-end sale. You're paying for the advertising, or working you butt off creating content to create traffic, and they pay you about half of what they get for the cheapest product they have.

Sure, the companies you promote have more costs than you do -- they create the products, they handle support and refunds and all of that (that's why affiliate marketing is great, right?) -- but they also make a lot more money than you do.

My business model is only slightly divergent from the one you've just seen. I sell subscriptions, so the same customer pays me $20, and then $20 the months after that, and then $20 the month after that again, like clockwork for 12 months. It's beautiful indeed.

And here's where you get in:

I pay you 50% every time I get more money from my customers

That means you're also profiting on my back-end. (Sounds kind'a naughty, but it's really rather nice, don't you think?)

Now that's a much nicer way to "play business", in my point of view. You should be rewarded properly for your hard efforts.

Just the facts

* 50% comission on recurring billing product. Members sign up for 12 months, at $20/month, and you get 50% of that, less Clickbank fees: Approximately $8.75.

(Now $8.75 doesn't seem like too much, but remember that you get paid this amount every month for twelve months, for as long as the member stays on board. In the best case, that's $105 for you... for just referring one customer.)

Now my program hasn't been running for a full year yet, so I do not know how long the average member will stay. But let me tell you this:

* I have several strong psychological triggers included in my program to have people stay on board.

* I have an excellent customer support. When customers have questions and get immediate response, they tend to turn into raving fans. Raving fans don't quit!

* I DO NOT advertise my affiliate program on the sales letter, so even my savvy customers can't sign up and steal your commision

* Affiliate program managed by Clickbank (CB). CB is a big company and as I'm selling through them, you know for sure:

* you will always be paid on time. Twice a week.

* you will be paid anytime I sell another CB product to a customer you referred

* as long as the customer's tracking cookie is on his/her machine, CB will give the sale to you (they track for 60 days)

* really cool --> I follow up with customers and potential customer by email. If you referred them to me, I will always use your affiliate links when I tell my customers about my products. That way, you'll be awarded for the sales (front-end, back-end, whatever-end) no matter how long ago you sent those people to me

AND as far as possible, I track when my customers refer their friends -- and if someone you refered to me refers a friend, you get credit with the sale!

The only time I don't pay you for my back-end sales is when I'm selling my time... that is, when I offer my customers coaching or other services. You get paid every time I sell a product, but my time is valuable to me, and in order for me to be able to offer such services, I need to keep that money. At least I'm open and up-front about it. If you don't like it, it's not like I'm forcing you to promote me.

Get your links and stats easily

I'm using a piece of software called easyClickMate as my affiliate center. It lets you:

* create your affiliate links in seconds

* see proper statistics, so you know what promotional methods are working for you

* get pre-written promotional material: emails, pdf reports you can give away for free, sig. files, keywords for ppc camaigns, etc...

Get rewarded for taking action

I'm sure someone will ask: "Can I use my own affiliate link to buy the program?"

Well, I can't really stop you. But if you're here just to save a few bucks, you're never going to make it in business.

So I was thinking: why don't I do you one better? The biggest problem most people have making money on the Internet, is actually getting started.

And my course is one on overcoming procrastination... on setting your goals and reaching them.

So here's a carrot:

* Buy the program through your own affiliate link (that way, you'll get 50% off, and you will see the whole sales process, and you will know the product intimiately -- which makes it a lot easier for you to sell)

* When you've had just two more sales through your affiliate link, I will cancel every future payment from you, but you still get to take the rest of the course (for free)

... that means that the quicker you take action, the more money you will save on the course, and the more you will make selling it.

And I will take you by the hand and train you

Simply told, I'm only successful when you're successful.

...So I'm going to do everything I can do make you a success. I will teach you what I know, what works and what doesn't work for this program. I'll give you new ideas that will make your head spin. I'll pour of my marketing experience and import it straight into your brain.

I'll show you the tools I've been using (free and paid) to be able to get thousands of visitors to my websites every day.

We're going to have a lot of fun together.
